RealChat is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use the evaluation (trial) version of RealChat for non-commercial and evaluation purposes without charge. If you want to use RealChat software for commercial purposes, you must purchase a license.
One registered (licensed) copy of RealChat may be used by a single company or individual to run one instance of the RealChat software on a single physical server at any given time. Multiple licenses must be purchased for multiple installations. The only legal exception to this rule is a second copy may be run on a development machine, which is used for testing purposes.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED AND SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which this software may be put, no warranty of any kind is implied. In no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of RealChat Software.
